Office Coordinator

What you will do

  • Implement measures to create a collaborative learning space where people can work and learn productively — make sure that measures are in place to keep things neat; organise Lunchtime Learning sessions; ensure a constant supply of markers and post-it notes in brainstorming rooms; make sure the wifi never goes down
  • Manage a front desk reception team and ensure that there is always someone to greet people at our door
  • Manage office space rentals (events and hot desking) including client liaison; invoicing

Employment type: Contract

Remuneration: Market-related CTC

Must provide police clearance.

  1. Initial selection of candidates will receive a secondary creative  task
  2. Second selection of candidates will be requested to submit a CV and cover letter
