About the Role
As an Admissions Consultant at CodeSpace Academy you will provide personalised consultation to prospective students, helping them navigate their educational and career goals, and matching them with CodeSpace’s coding bootcamps designed to transition them into thriving tech careers.
In this role, you will manage customer relationships from lead engagement to enrolment, ensuring that prospective students feel supported and confident in their decision to embark on this journey with us.
As a key member of our team, you’ll also play a role in shaping admissions strategies, improving processes, and contributing to CodeSpace’s continued growth and success. We’re looking for someone who is ready to grow in responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students via phone, email, or in-person to advise them on course options and enrolment.
- Use a consultative approach to understand individuals’ goals and recommend the best-fit coding bootcamp program.
- Work toward and exceed enrolment targets set by the Head of Admissions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM and consistently report on pipeline metrics.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and current students.
- Train and mentor junior admissions staff when required.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize enrolments.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and the employment landscape.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of admissions strategies and best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of professional sales experience in a consultative or closing role.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Experience using CRM tools for pipeline management, reporting, and maintaining accurate records.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail
